      Pros

      Employer only does drug testing once. After that, workers are free to consume substances as they please.

      Cons

      Since janitorial staff was fired, ordinary workers have to clean toilets, etc. Which is appropriate since that’s where staff morale is. Staffing levels have been cut to a ridiculous level.
