      - Huge on code conventions, learned a lot from the leadership - Pro toward open-source contribution, most of the senior folks have done open source contribution and got a good pull into getting active with the community.

      Cons

      - Work-Life balance is an issue. - Not a good choice for anyone who wants to get a paycheck, the company is very must engineering focus.

      Pros

      Stanly and Sobin Sir taught us the fundamentals of MEAN stack as well as JADE SASS template engine quite effectively. We were able to quickly learn and prototype our ideas into a finished product.

      Cons

      Location of the internship was quite remote. But other than that, no issues.
