Engaging work, lots of time outside at field sites, receptive management, and reasonable pay encompass most of the pros of working for Biosar as a Construction Manager.

Hired through an agency with no benefits, no overtime for hours >40, 6 and 7 day workweeks, limited resources available for making work place more functional, major issues have come up that were not considered during the planning phase of the project.

Good company to start career.

No opportunities for progression within the company.
