BioCare is run by the worst executive, and the worst person, I have ever worked for or encountered in my career to date. The Company's CEO would literally open the door to the (opposite sex) restrooms and call out the names of people she was looking for if they were not at their desk at the exact moment she wanted to speak to them. Just an example of her behavior. She is a cruel and unethical individual who frequently had problems with employees based on their physical appearance (weight, other physical attributes) regardless as to their work performance and would mention these things in public settings. Ethical concerns abounded at BioCare that she was well aware of and did nothing to address. Some executives left the Company as a result of the ethical failings. If you are a manager or executive thinking of working at BioCare, you will do well to not even consider doing so. You will have no functional or decision making authority whatsoever. The Company's CEO makes EVERY decision. Not some. EVERY decision that is to be made must be scrutinized and agreed to by her, regardless as to her expertise in the decision under consideration. She takes the exact opposite of the Steve Jobs approach of hiring A players, letting them excel in their functional areas, and educate her where she lacks expertise. Instead, she weeds out anyone in the Company with the expertise and experience sufficient to represent a challenge to her authority, and dominates everyone in the Company using anger, insults, and fear as her primary "management" tools. Don't walk. Run away from this place.
