      Pros

      Small company feel, the executive’s know your name. Great customer service, will do anything it takes if medication is urgently needed.

      Cons

      Very sales driven leadership. Warehouse operations and supply chain are understaffed and lack the proper support. Especially regarding business intelligence tools and ERP applications.

      Some great employees w/ wealth of industry experience, highly skilled and very knowledgeable.

      Cons

      TOP HEAVY, every negative comment on Glassdoor 100% accurate. VP of Regulatory devoid of skills necessary for position and can’t stay in her lane. C-Suite aware/does nothing. VP of HR came to the office same day of positive Covid test, C-Suite aware/did nothing, she also regularly violates employment laws, and creates hostile environment.
