Everyone works 10+ hours -There is no real training process -A lot of micromanaging -Nothing is documented which makes the job and doing QA 10x harder and - No retirement benefits - It takes hours for associates to answer a simple question

- Management is very unprofessional. - They don’t know how to speak to employees under them with any type of respect. - No real training - Unstructured hours - Management shows favoritism
