Pros

Creative work experience, perks like free lunches, parties, etc.

Cons

I just have to make this brief review as a heads up to those looking into this company. I was naive when I started there. What I have learned is, they underpay employees SO much...I'm talking $10-15,000 per year in salary. I have looked at other entry level positions and there IS that big of a difference. Managment takes it all and are living cushy, almost lavishly. Second, their work completion times are completely unrealistic and they value quantity over quality. They focus way too much on getting new partners to rake in more cash than on resolving issues with current partners to foster better relationships. Between people getting fed up and people getting fired for the smallest reasons (without attempts to resolve issues first), the turnover rate is ridiculously high. If you enjoy being supee stressed all the time, working your butt off for barely enough money to pay bills, and don't mind favoritism, by all means, apply. Just know they are hiring so often not due to growth, but due to turnover.

Pros

I guess the snacks they give you. When I went to a new company, it was like heaven.

Cons

Where do I even begin. This place is a nightmare and I am shocked it is still open. The pay, horrible, the treatment, disgraceful on the verge of bullying. Nobody deserves to be treated so poorly. You work for pennies, put in a ton of work hours, get penalized for speaking to co-workers, vacation is basically non existent. The EXTREME micro-managing is something I have never experienced, ever. If you even think about working here, think twice, It is literally a revolving door there. The websites are not custom, they are templates you must lie to customers and tell them that they are custom. If you ask the developers for a custom feature because that is what the customer wanted and paid for, you are scolded. The owner has a book that he wrote called "You're promoted" unfortunately, nobody gets promoted within his company because there is really nothing else you can really do there. There is absolutely zero diversity here, I mean ZERO.
