    Pros

    Graduate calibre staff can progress quickly due to poor quality of 95% of staff. Good place to work if you want to do the minimum and collect a poor salary (providing you aren't randomly dismissed for daring to question the status quo)

    Cons

    Digital arm of the business run by retail dinosaurs, totally out of touch with modern practices and how to run a digital online gambling company. Total followers rather than trend setters or market challengers, but even following becomes difficult with the lack of investment in resource, infrastructure, and insistence on unnecessary bottlenecks. Untouchable dinosaurs in senior management hindering progress of company. Treatment of staff appalling, office like a casino with no windows or natural light, dismissals occur with no communication or explanation, staff just fall through the trap door. No sick pay, annual bonus is slashed if daring to take a day off for illness, no social scene for staff Pay is the very bottom of industry standard. Location of office, low pay, and lack of dilligence means quality of staff on the whole is very poor. Uninspiring environment for young, hungry, graduate calibre people. Lack of investment in staff means senior staff leave/are dismissed and are not replaced. Workforce getting thinner but management demands do not reflect. Conflicts of interest in the board make life incredibly difficult for employees to do the best for Betfred as board-invested third parties must be satiated by Betfred business.
