Pros

As an entire team in the UK, everybody is treated equally and is supported by any means necessary. Always felt comfortable to talk to any level of management whether it's something big or small. The level of transparency between upper and lower levels is something incredibly rare but very appreciated!

Cons

There can sometimes be a slight divide between sales and warehouse staff but it is understandable due to the difference in physical vs mental strain across both teams

Pros

- great base pay for a sales job especially for industry - benefits are top notch - free lunches in field via company card - company suv - everyone is very helpful and friendly - small company feel but large company resources - can WFH if needed and not feel micromanaged by sales management - amount of vacation time given even for new hires

Cons

- can have some overnight travel depending on territory - not really seeing your team every day due to geography, so can feel “lonely” - a lot to learn at first (company processes). Especially if you don’t come from the paint industry.
