      - Good support from colleagues and great open mind from shop floor. - People want to improve and get better. - Excellent salary and good benefits. - Lot of expertise and willingness to share

      Cons

      - Fire Fighting culture is promoted (everything is a priority) - Wrong KPI's cascaded down and wrongly driven - Lot of big Ego at senior management level - Sustainability is wished but not applied - We don't walk the talk - Standard work is assumed but not applied (again related to firefighting)
