Pros
Company culture was great, they had great benefits on top of health care for lifestyle/fitness, fertility etc. I learned a lot during my time there, everyone I met was friendly and helpful.
Cons
It’s a bit difficult to move up within the company. They try to keep you at your position for as long as possible. HR will give you the run around and say it’s policy, but it’s just a bunch of bs to keep you where you are. They give heavy workloads and don’t really seek any solutions to relieve that (e.g. hiring more people)
