colleagues are great. management values people development and is willing to invest. lots of opportunities to contribute to the changing process.

Cons

changing from a sales-oriented to a marketing-oriented company is a long and difficult process that can be frustrating at times. roles and responsibilities are not well defined and this can also contribute to the frustration.

Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

Cons

They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
