      If you do a good job and exceed expectations your compensation will reflect your hard work and you will have a leg up on advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Currently, Baxter is having financial issues and they have been cutting a lot of contractors and IT budget wherever possible.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
