      Pros

      Ability to work remotely and generous PTO. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Constantly changing upper management and org structure. Unclear purpose, mission and direction for business. Absurdly high quota. Antiquated method of motivating sales team. Rate of turnover has steadily increased in recent 5 years in the sales, support teams, management which contributes to difficulties of succeeding. Very little opportunity for advancement.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
