No pros lack of support from leader worst management, no code KT after joining.

Worst experience expecting to join call late nights not only sometimes every week 3 times so many times have to be available till 3-4 AM and if not available on weekend on every monday have to listen why you were not available firstly they cannot ask for weekend.
