Pros

None. Nothing to talk about.

Cons

I witnessed recent layoff and I can tell you one thing, they do NOT care about anything or anyone. It doesn't matter how dedicated or hardworking employees you are, they kept some people that honestly didn't do much and let go of people who were highly ethical and smart. There is so much internal politics going on and literally most of the higher management staff in the US quit within a month of those layoffs. That just tells you the gravity of the situation. The whole approach of laying off was so unprofessional and the severance package was the worst of all. People who are thinking about joining the US offices, be aware that your job might not be there for so long and you could be laid off the next day without any notice or warning. Don't dive into uncertainty and find another job. It used to be a good company when it was Verian but not anymore.so stay away as far as you can.

Pros

They pay for all airfare with the Corp Credit card

Cons

Started an account expansion team in 2026, led by an inexperienced RVP with little to no management skills and a very tactical approach. Product enablement in Finland did not translate to what customers owned. 5 weeks before accounts were assigned. Another 2 weeks before comp plans were issued. ARR price points were a fraction of what was communicated during the interview process. No customer information available in SFDC. Needed to access multiple systems to find contracts and customer entitlements. The expense reporting system is almost unusable.
