Pros

-Good snacks -You will learn a lot at a face pace, however this will be with almost no training, guidance, or company onboarding -Good benefits

Cons

To start off, this is an extremely right winged company promoting Trump and his politics. Only work here if you are passionately Republican. Further, in 2018 alone 4 employees out of 25 were fired without warning or cause. They will give you positive feedback, tell you you are eligible for a promotion, work you to the bone - then fire you without warning when the election season is over. Building on that, the pay may look decent - but you are expected to work overtime almost every day, and 80 hour work weeks in peak election season with no overtime pay ever. PTO and sick time are strongly discouraged, as is taking lunch. Even if you work for the company for 10 years you will never receive more than 10 days of PTO a year. If you are sick and need a day off, you are expected to work from home and this is the only instance where working from home is allowed. Half of the staff went to SDSU and was involved in Greek life. Those individuals include directors and other people in power. They form a clique, only promote their friends from college, and will not let you into that clique - forcing you to feel so exiled at work that you just want them to fire you. Those in the clique also receive special benefits. A prime example is a director who hired a younger sorority sister of hers, having that junior member braid the director’s hair in the director’s office during working hours.

Pros

Writing this to fulfill 5 word minimum

Cons

Management won’t give you honest feedback when you ask for it. They also make employees “compete” for their jobs instead of working as a team.
