      Pros

      Basic Research offers a true work/life balance. Management is very flexible if you need time for your family or an unforeseen reason. Management and ownership truly care about their employees. Employees are empowered to be more and grow with the organization. Hard work is rewarded! Managers are always with you!!!

      Cons

      Health insurance isn't the best, but it is good. The company certainly does it's best for benefits, and assists in so many ways.

      Pros

      Leadership shows a genuine concern for the employees. The company has fun, creative events each month or so. They provide complimentary drinks, snacks, and treats. For most positions, they maintain a hybrid work environment.

      Cons

      A more thorough annual employee evaluation would be better.
