Complete shambles of a company. They sell you a vision of transformation. They sell you a chance to change a slow old company into a tech company. But ... The reality is that BT is a dinosaur. Not a cool one like a velociraptor or a T Rex but a slow, crap one that looks at the meteor shower and munches some more plants. I feel for Philip because the team around him and their direct reports are just way out of their depth. Most people have been there a couple of decades and cling onto their jobs by resisting change tooth and nail. Don’t be fooled by the stories they spin to tempt you in. There are many better, forward thinking employers out there.
