      Pros

      Large company Will look after you -typical of public sector / ex-public sector companies Staff friendly work/life balance good

      Cons

      Used to be a good place to work till effects of last couple of years -bad decisions, contracts losses etc have meant no training, no promotions, no bonuses, no pay rises etc re-orgs are constantly happening and before it has had time to be embedded -another one is on the way! lots of red tape slow and cumbersome some managers very old fashioned -hierachical

      Pros

      Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

      Cons

      Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
