While he is a brilliant engineer, he seems to believe he is also an expert at everything else. He lives in California, and except for occasional visits, is not available or approachable, and uses remote video conferencing to communicate with the management team. BPM Microsystems is a small company that is run like it is a big corporation; the company has poor morale because of it. There have been two rounds of layoffs in less than six months and a significant number of key employees have left the company for other opportunities. Annual reviews and salary adjustments were few or not at all for years. The "generous profit sharing program" made no payments for years.
