Not a lot of smart people at BEES so, if you have some level of competence, you will succeed there… assuming you embrace the white bruh culture, of course.
Cons
It’s a boys’ club. So if one is of mediocre intelligence (ie does what they are told with little initiative of their own), and is willing to embrace the bruh culture, they will do well. Otherwise, it’s more about who you know and hang out with, and not what you know. I left when the few good people started leaving.
