      The Global footprint and concept is fantastic. If run by competent tech space leaders this would be a rocket ship.

      Cons

      The culture is toxic. All about agreeing with senior leadership and never telling them the truth when there’s issues. All ego and politics. No one cares about the customer just looking smart and making ABI money.

      401k match HR and IT team are good Free shoes every year 6 months maternity

      Cons

      Unfair treatment after maternity, manager and leadership not supportive after, expected to be the highest performer and make up for your time off during maternity. No raises given for 2-3 years even if you put in extra effort.
