      I did not any best reasons of working here.

      Cons

      Poor management, A 21 yo (just a university graduate) had joined as Director as she was Director's daughter herself. No increments, No work life balance, The UK team will treat Indians like donkeys.

      Saturday Sunday off Nothing else

      The management is a huge disappointment. Colleagues are even worse There's no team work One of the employee can do anything to get promoted. He would interfere in everything you do and report everything to the higher authority. The HR are so fake. They would say something else at the time of joining and everything will change once you've joined
