Pros

- 20% Staff Discount - Flexible working hours - x1.5 pay on public holidays - Store Managers are friendly and you get to meet many fun people - 1 day training provided - GOOD DESSERTS - Learn how to handle an outlet all on your own - Lady boss very friendly to staff, tries to get to know you, though can be very nitpicky. - Many outlets island wide, most likely to get one near your home - CPF Contribution - Taxi claim if you work past until or past midnight - Additional $1/hr if your outlet hits their target. (e.g if you work 100 hours in January and the outlet you work at hits their month's target, you get additional $100 on top of your pay)

Cons

- If monthly target is hit, the following month's target will be raised MUCH higher to the point you are unable to reach it and will be PRESSURED into hitting it. - MINIMUM 79 hours a month, if you do not hit it, you have to combine with the next month OR your pay drops to $5/hr. e.g January you worked only 60 hours, you will not receive your pay in February. You have to work in February to make up the missing hours (19hours) or more and then you will get your pay for both Jan and Feb in March. - Elitist system - Cluster Managers bias, cocky and can be arrogant - Pay often delayed (by 1 to 2 weeks) - Pushes employees to their limits - CRAZY high turnover rate, many quitting after just 2 to 3 weeks. I've heard there are some who have quit after just a day or two. - Pay is low for the insanely high expectations set for their staff. - Though upper management is nicer to full time staff, they often push them into difficult situations and forcing them to play the bad guy to part time staff. - MUST have a touch of color on your face (make-up, lipstick, blush...etc) - MUST film yourself before your shift with the pre-made script. (EVERY DAY it's the same) - Main office will randomly call outlets and pretend to be customers. If you do a bad job, you will be openly pointed out and used as a bad example in the group chat. - Emails to office about pay or payslips tend to get ignored or given a really late reply. - ONLY 30 minutes break (very strict) - CCTVs in stores aren't to protect staff or catch thieves but to constantly nitpick at staff - Insist on having & cutting down on the number of staff per shift despite it being peak hours or periods. - CUSTOMER always right, employees get scolded often despite unreasonable customer - Prices not displayed, got to remember - Got to remember ALL product descriptons by heart - Expects you to immediately perfectly remember the descriptions of NEW products - VERY little appreciation for staff
