Pros
My personal experience so far is been that the company cares and value their employees. Employee safety is a high priority around the company. Products are made with highest quality parts and highest standards in the trade. Employee benefits are one of the best in the industry. True story my son was very well covered under my benefits here for a major surgery that gave him a better future Health Wise in his life. The environment is very diversify where you work with all kinds of ethnic backgrounds from all over the world. Every body is very respectful and mindful of other people. Most people I know love what they do and enjoy working here. You also work with a lot of talented professionals that wok great in a Team environment. In addition company is always on the cutting edge of technology looking for ways improves everything around the environment. Just an overall great place to work, people seem to enjoy working around here. I personally have meet several co-workers that have been with the company for over 40 + years. Now days that's un-heard off, that to me says a lot about the company. This company is perfect for all those folks who are ready to make AvtechTyee a better place while building a better future for them self's while growing with the company.
Cons
My only Con is my commuting to work with the I5 traffic which I am already used too, other then that nothing negative to report.
