Work life balance is little to none Layoffs after layoffs after layoffs, making it difficult to build morale. Management needs to wake up to creating proper strategies to help growth or create culture. Absolutely dull place to have been.

Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

Cons

The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
