9moThank you for your thoughtful feedback. I'm sorry you did not have a better experience working at AutoVitals, or during your ~recent exit process. A change of employment is always hard and we try to be sensitive to that fact; I apologize if that was not your experience.
For clarification, AutoVitals employee turnover is below market average for technology companies our size, and significantly below market average when you factor in that most of our turnover is decided by the company.
Regarding internal software and processes, we've invested a lot of time and resources upgrading those in recent years; that said, we no doubt still have opportunities for continued improvement in that area. Your note will provide us extra motivation to do that.
As you can tell from other Glassdoor feedback, not all employee experiences are the same. I'm disappointed this was not a good fit for you, and I genuinely hope you find a better fit at your next company!
