Pros

CEO and COO are extremely knowledgeable and run the company in a conservative/good direction with the times, while other senior leadership is lacking Unlimited PTO policy is awesome Most of the AE’s and BDRs you work with will be great

Cons

Extremely underpay about everyone compared to industry averages, which is why myself and other good talent probably won’t be around much longer If you’re not in the pharmaceutical vertical you have no chance to hit your numbers, and sales management won’t even acknowledge this HUGE problem The marketing leadership is clueless, and routinely ruins sales efforts Mandatory in office two days per week including Mondays, very strict on time and attendance Sales management cares more about appearance/activity than results There’s no path for internal promotion, with a lot of overpromising/stringing along from sales leadership

Cons

It’s a fast paced environment in a complex industry. You have to be willing to move quickly and adapt

Pros

Full remote. Some kind and smart people work here. Modern technology stack and meritocratic values mean you are welcome to suggest your ideas. Summer party allows remote teammates to connect.

Cons

Favoritism from senior leadership means you will get sidelined if you're not willing to play office politics. Compensation is below market rate but you will be offered equity instead, which will we a risk and unlikely to be worth anything. Customer churn is pretty bad so layoffs are a constant worry. High employee turnover in 2025.
