Pros
- Working on the edge of AI and Software Development tooling - A lot of smart people doing cool things, a great place to learn - Everyone has a lot of autonomy and support from leadership, there's no micromanagement - Despite the startup culture, our leadership is mature enough to understand that work-life balance matters. It's perfectly acceptable to sometimes work from home, leave early to take kids from school, or take long vacations - Pay and benefits are good for a startup at this stage
Cons
- Competition in the field is fierce. We don't have the luxury of figuring everything out, nor taking it too easy - Things can get hectic sometimes, and priorities can shift without notice - though probably still less than most early-stage startups
