Pros
Great experience working in coroporate settings. Lots of users makes for a lot of work. Steady flow of work ensures some level of job security. The managers are pretty nice people as far as I've seen and there is a lot of intercommunication to pick up slack when another worker is out. You are given a chance to explain if your quota is not met or exceeded. Competitive Salary.
Cons
Micromanagement leads to less productivity. There are a lot of meetings (conference calls) to keep an eye on what progress is being made at different sites. Big company does make you feel like you could get lost in the shuffle (at Siemens, not the client). Company is merging, which leaves you a little unsure of security.
