Pros—I loved my colleagues that i worked with directly, and I loved the artist I worked with, and it was collaborative.
Cons
cons—when the new CEO came in with the new team of people, it just felt like chaos from the start. like children leading children. I saw no opportunity for myself in that environment, so I took a position somewhere else, and they ended up letting almost my entire department go 2 months later.
