      - a unique place for merging architecture / software engineering / manufacturing into a new discipline - amazing cross team collaboration - exposure to full building lifecycle, including prototyping and factory operations - exposure to real estate and VC backed financing

      the company is a startup, so there isn't a formalized structure/company org. things are flexible, uncertain and hectic sometimes.

      Excellent flexibility/work-life balance, decent pay, lots of perks like food and commuter benefits

      Cons

      Still a startup making job security a big issue. Layoffs in 2024 resulted in over half the workforce being let go - including people who had only been brought on a few months prior.
