- Terrible top management, using threat to boost morale - Will penalized people, and will get penalty/salary cut even it's not your fault - Production centric, will do the best to reject complain and claim - Top down management, budgeted target will change if achieved - Terrible culture, the company culture even have "your only value is the value for the company"
