Pros
Decent pay for the position. A good company atmosphere, nice people. Easy to fit in and they train you well. You learn a lot of customer service skills on the job, it is useful moving forward.
Cons
It is a stressful position and you feel like you do not want to talk to anyone at the end of the day.
