Generally, people are nice an everyone leaves the office by 4:57.

Very rough, hierarchic, top-down structure and cold and distant HR. Technologically delayed company with no expectation for future improvement. Departments are more like medieval fiefdoms grabbing for audience with 2 or 3 key decision makers than truly productive units. There is very little focus on true innovation.

Great team dynamics with fantastic people and managers with good work life experience, great benefits, great office parties and functions.

Management is to remote from the Pleasanton California location however management does make weekly visits to the Pleasanton regional office location
