He will tell you do something in one meeting then chew you out for following directions because he didn't remember what he told you and then changed his mind. Manufacturing suffers due to poor culture's trickle down impact from bad ownership. Leadership outside of owner is actually pretty good, however are challenged to an angry bad tempered owner.
