- Some co-workers genuinely care for each other - Salaries and benefits - Seem to have genuinely cared about staff wellbeing during Covid

- There is a very bad culture - talking negatively and disrespectfully to colleagues is accepted far and wide. No-one does anything about this, regardless of who and how much you bring it up to management. - Rewards and recognition solely goes to the Sales org, and by Sales Org its only those who have a quota. There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes by many other departments who are completely overlooked. - Many jobs are moving to India - its leaving unrest among many around job security as it looks to be a cost saving exercise across the board which des not make your job feel valued. - Its an old boys club - they will try to make out it isn't but most have been there a long time and it doesn't appear to be changing any time soon. Most of those with this mentality are always rewarded and therefore it perpetuates that culture even more. Anyone who is new and trying to bring change or looks to be bringing a better culture is quickly removed or leaves.
