My experience as an AI Intern at Costa Cloud has been extremely valuable and growth-oriented. The company provides a collaborative environment where learning and experimentation are encouraged. I had the opportunity to work on real-world AI and cloud-based projects, which helped me strengthen both my technical and problem-solving skills.

Since the environment encourages learning, sometimes tasks required self-initiative and independent research, which can be challenging for beginners. Being exposed to multiple technologies at once was overwhelming at first, but it ultimately helped me grow faster. Fast-paced project timelines required effective time management and quick learning. As an intern, I sometimes wished for more structured mentorship sessions, but guidance was always available when requested.

Working here over the last 9 months has been both professionally enriching and personally fulfilling. As a hiring executive, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments, gaining insight into how the organization functions as a whole. The leadership is approachable and open to ideas, and there is a strong culture of collaboration and respect. Tools and resources for recruitment are modern and efficient, making it easier to focus on strategic hiring rather than just transactional tasks.
