Culture is key and building relationships with each other and our customers is what makes it work. Appirio is the first and only place I've worked where you are truly in charge of your career. If there's a need you can meet, go do it. If there's an opportunity to get involved, raise your hand. Opportunity comes when you step outside your professional comfort zone and take part in owning the company. No inner circles or old boys club. Appirio is completely transparent from company financials, sales pipeline, ongoing initiatives, etc. There's no excuse for not knowing the goings-on of Appirio!
