This place values innovation and truly seeks to make professional services transform to meet the opportunities presented by the Cloud, and by new ways of accomplishing work through open innovation/crowdsourcing. I don't know any other company as cutting edge in these areas.
Cons
You will probably need to travel quite a bit as a consultant. If that's not for you, look elsewhere.
