We can become hard worker and learn multiple technologies which are not related. we can become night out experts by having tea and snacks.
Cons
No Proper management. No salaries on time, no hikes, no good customers, no allowances for extra hours and night shifts. even though they don't provide food also. 13 hours working. no weekends. no festivals. threatening employees on job.
