Some of the kindest, most authentic people that I've ever worked with. The leadership is very communicative about the business and keeps everyone up to date on the big picture. Sales VP, Lucy Pereira, is always approachable, hardworking, supportive, and positive. I can honestly say that even in the most stressful of situations, Lucy was always steady, upbeat, and could easily pivot when needed. One of the best leaders that I've had the good fortune to work with. Always in your corner.
Cons
Like most other businesses post pandemic lock down, they are struggling to fill roles that would ultimately help everyone have more resources, enabling everyone to have the time to accomplish more for the company and for themselves as professionals. Less of a comment on APCO but more of the general state of things.
