Good initial work environment that valued work and life balance. Management was professional, treated you with respect and easy to get along with. Fellow employees were all very talented, top notch professionals in the biotech CDMO industry, were easy to work with and treated each others with respect
Cons
Health and Dental benefits could have been a little better. Was kind of pricey for family coverage and dental was through Delta. The company eventually went defunct abruptly due to "market conditions". Although upper management was pretty transparent with the company's' financial status and overall plans, the sudden closure of ALL facilities and bankruptcy of the company seemed to come out of left field and was not communicated very well across the employee base.
