Pros
As one of the earlier employees at AmplifAI, I've seen the company transform from a visionary team to an emerging, high-growth company with outstanding talent everywhere. Our founder and CEO Sean Minter instilled a culture where hard-working, entrepreneurial individuals are rewarded with opportunity as our operation continues its trajectory upwards. The AmplifAI culture opened the door to my current career, and I've watched many, many others experience the same thing.
Cons
My only con is that I no longer work at HQ in Dallas (recently moved), and I miss the growing team - but the good news is we have a strong remote workforce, and we gather in Dallas frequently.
