Genuinely empowered to try new things, to find your own path and speak your mind.

Cons

As a big organisation, consensus on decision-making can be frustrating. But once a decision is made, this momentum can move the organisation very fast.

Advice to Management

Communication is the perennial challenge. Great efforts being made, but the need for clarity of direction and leadership will always be there.

    Training is extensive yet actual relevant job skills resources or training is lacking. Cross company pollenation often leads to managers who know little about the role and responsibilities of the team members they lead

    Help associates with the resources-both personell and systems-to excell
