Pros
Good benefits and salary and good knowledge while working. Lots of team events and monthly team lunch.
Cons
No work life balance. Management only cares about output. If you get a promotion after working for years you are lucky. Management do not consider career growth. I happened not to get a farewell even when I left the company after putting years and weekends and extra hours in the company.
