      Excellent benefits, diverse workforce and plenty of areas to move into

      The level of bureaucracy was not something that I enjoyed and I will not work in such a large company again.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
