Despite several RIFs in the past few years, the company remains top heavy, and everyone caters to the executives. It doesn't matter the time or cost as long as the executives are taken care of. And employees are promoted into executive positions that have 0 to little experience in the area for which they are responsible. There is no visible career path progression, and pay policies are kept private. Although the Company encourages taking risk even if it means making a mistake, mistakes still serve as career death knells.
