Pros
The company it's self is a great business to be in expect winter when construction slows down. The atmosphere with fellow employees is great.
Cons
You will have plenty of hours but the reason why is other companies like this one are constantly under bid by A&W due to the fact they pay much lower than the other geotechnical companies. They are admittedly a revolving door.
