Pros

great work/life balance, friendly co-workers - the normal/respectful ones are beyond wonderful, stable job

Cons

Where creepy and condescending/sexist/arrogant/racist men go to die because no other company would let their behavior slide. And don't bother reporting it to HR or your manager; absolutely nothing will happen, even if your manager tries. They make it impossible to fire anyone. HR pretends to care, but like most companies, they only care about not getting sued. Multiple women, and even a few men, repeatedly reported the same couple of bad eggs to their managers (so multiple people reported them to multiple people), and yet, all were brushed off. Several women had to leave the company because of these men made the work environment so unhealthy for them. Very toxic climate for women. Also, less importantly, the work is pretty boring.

Pros

Consistent, busy, and you get to help people through tough situations and educate others on what it means to be protective. I am set schedule M-F and off on weekends.

Cons

Prices are a bit higher, and depending on how big your office is, you will be on the phone all day and feel drained afterwards.
